Right now, the colors that seem to be in style the most are pastel colors. The trendy Spring palette right now consists of pastel blues, greens, pinks, purples, yellows, and more. Why are these colors so fashionable right now? The lightness of pastel colors give off a relaxing feel but at the same time express liveliness with their subtle vibrant expression. Ladies, test out these pastel colors with your workout apparel or select one for a new nail polish color!
Spring Fashion Apparel
Nowadays, almost every time I walk through a clothing store, I see those cute mullet dresses and/or skirts. (Guys, you're probably wondering: What the heck is a mullet dress??) Just as the name implies, it’s a dress (or skirt) whose bottom portion is shaped, well, just like a mullet. The front is shorter in length and longer in the back. These will make for a gorgeous spring or summer outfit!
Must-have Workout Gear
With the warmer months coming fast, fitness and exercise trends have become one of the most popular trends. But what kind of workout gear are you using to enhance you performance? When you find your workout gear, you want to make sure it's right for you and, let's be honest, that it's in style. In regards to workout clothing, be sure that you're wearing something comfortable and breathable. IMPORTANT: Make sure you choose good workout shoes! These may cost you a bit more than you're looking to spend, but it'll be well worth it. A good pair of workout shoes will be comfortable before, during, and after your workout.
