LegSmart Return Policy

Do you need to return or exchange something? We’re here to help.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted for items that are un-used, un-worn and with their original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If you tried on any items please launder them before returning them to us.

Returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee. When we process your refund, original shipping costs will not be included.

Exchanges are subject to an $8 processing fee. Exchanges for International orders are subject to additional shipping charges and our staff will confirm those with you.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to us.

Step 1: Contact us and tell us what’s going on

Let us know about the issue you’re having. Did you know that over 70% of our customers resolve the issue they’re having when they get support from us? It saves the hassle of having to return something in the mail. Our staff are trained and certified in compression and we’re dedicated to helping all of our customers.

Step 2: We’ll email you a Return Authorization number (RA#)

We’ll also recap the issue you’re having and give you the address to send your items back to us.

Please make sure that you get a RA # from us before sending anything back. We’re committed to making a difference in the way we help you, and RA#’s help us stay organized.

Step 3: Send the items back to us

Send your items back to us and write your RA # on the outside of the package. When sending items back to us, it’s a great idea to reuse the box you received your items in. Please box up your return items securely so that they are not damaged or stolen while in transit.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for Return and Exchange processing.
