Which Fabric is best for me?

Middle Weight or "Opaque" fabrics

Middle weight or "Opaque" materials are ideal for both men and women. They are not thin and provide proper compression to your legs while also covering up blemishes. Opaque fabrics are also more durable than "sheer" fabrics. Ideal for after surgery, varicose veins and swelling, opaque fabrics are the most popular from all of our brands.

Sheer fabrics

Sheer materials are lightweight, transparent and fashionable. Available from all our brands, sheer compression stockings make compression easy to pair with any stylish wardrobe. Sometimes, sheer fabrics do not provide as much containment for certain kinds of swelling and may be prone to snagging and runs.

Sports materials

Sports materials are tuned for advanced heat and moisture management. High tech moisture wicking materials are durable and come in a variety of colors and styles. Sport materials are more durable in nature and thus would be appropriate for post surgery, varicose veins, spider veins and swelling. However, sport materials are generally only available in lower compression levels such as 15-20 mmHg and 20-30 mmHg. For conditions that require higher compression such as 30-40 mmHg or 40-50 mmHg, an opaque fabric is recommended.
