LegSmart Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.

You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from us. Any un-authorized packages sent to us will be returned to sender.

Items eligible for Return or Exchange must be un-used, un-worn and with their original packaging.

Items that have been tried on must be laundered prior to return.

Returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to an $8 processing fee. (** Exchanges for International customers are subject to additional shipping charges.)

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending items back to us.

** Please note that International customers are responsible for additional shipping charges for exchange items. Our staff will confirm exchange shipping costs with you during the Return Authorization process as International shipping for exchanges vary.

Items that do not follow our Return Policy are denied processing.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for Return and Exchange processing.

(Note: Some items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges regardless of use and are indicated in their descriptions.)
