Don't just toss them away if you aren't satisfied with them. Email us and describe the issue that you're having. Sometimes, it's a simple issue that we can help you with. If it's a manufacturer's defect, we'll replace those for you.
To request a Return or Exchange, email us with your full name, contact information, order number and a brief description of the issue concerning the return. All return inquires must have complete information to be considered for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Before you send anything to us, please email us describing the issue and get an Return Authorization Number (RA#). LegSmart will not accept any packages that arrive without prior approval.
Items that are unopened from their plastic seal with their original undamaged packaging can be returned for refund or exchange within 2 weeks of the ship date of your order.
If you feel that there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY! Contct us immediately. We will contact the manufacturer to assess your situation.

When your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our staff.
Items that are approved for return are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending anything to LegSmart. When sending items back to LegSmart, please send them in a secure box (not an envelope), so that items are not damaged and make sure you place your RA# visibly on the outside of your return package.
If you experience shipper damage to your items, do not accept those items. Contact us immediately via email to support@legsmart.com for reshipment.
