LegSmart Return Policy: Simple and Hassle Free!

Don't throw them Away!

Don't just toss them away if you aren't satisfied with them. Email us and describe the issue that you're having. Sometimes, it's a simple issue that we can help you with. If it's a manufacturer's defect, we'll replace those for you.

Get an RA#

To request a Return or Exchange, email us with your full name, contact information, order number and a brief description of the issue concerning the return. All return inquires must have complete information to be considered for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Where to send it back to?

Please place your RA# visibly on the outside of your return package and mail your pre-authorized return to:

We love Sigvaris compression stockings, and we hope you do too! That's why we have our easy return policy.

Items that are unopened from their plastic seal with their original undamaged packaging can be returned for refund or exchange within 2 weeks of the ship date of your order.

If you feel that there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY! Contct us immediately. We will contact the manufacturer to assess your situation.

To request a Return or Exchange, email support@legsmart.com with your full name, contact information, order number and a brief description of the issue concerning the return. All return inquires must have complete information to be considered for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our staff.

Items that are approved for return are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending Returns or Exchanges back to LegSmart.

When sending items back to LegSmart, please send them in a secure box (not an envelope), so that items are not damaged. Please place your RA# visibly on the outside of your return package and mail your pre-authorized return to:

If you experience shipper damage to your items, do not accept those items. Contact us immediately via email to support@legsmart.com for reshipment.
