Get a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

To request a return or exchange, email us with:

1) Name
2) Order number
3) Contact information

In your email, please describe to us the issue you’re having. Please make sure to provide us with complete contact information so we may contact you in a timely manner.

Return Policy:

Items that are unopened from their plastic seal with their original undamaged packaging can be returned for refund or exchange within 2 weeks of the ship date of your order.

For health and safety reasons Leg Smart does not process returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or worn. Returns or exchanges can only be processed for items that are unopened, unused, unworn with original undamaged packaging.

If you feel that there is a manufacturer's defect with your product, please do not just throw them away. Contact us immediately. We will contact the manufacturer to assess your situation.

To request a Return or Exchange, email support@legsmart.com with your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number and a brief description of the issue concerning the return. All return inquires must have complete information to be considered for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Customer Service.

Please launder any items that are you going to send back to us. Any items that are received that have any signs of contaminants will not be considered.

Items that are approved for return are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending anything to Leg Smart. When sending items back to Leg Smart, please send them in a secure box (not an envelope), so that items are not damaged and make sure you place your RA# visibly on the outside of your return package.

If you experience shipper damage to your items, do not accept those items. Contact us immediately via email to support@legsmart.com.
