Thank you for shopping at LegSmart.com! Please carefully read and understand our Return Policy. If you have any questions, please email us at support@legsmart.com or call our Customer Care Line, (503) 926-2308, M-F, 9:30 AM to 5 PM PST.

1) Items that are unworn with their original undamaged packaging can be returned for refund or exchange within 2 weeks of the ship date of your order.

2) LegSmart.com does not process returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or worn. Returns or exchanges can only be processed for items that are unopened, unused, unworn with original undamaged packaging.

3) If you feel that there is a manufacturer’s defect with your product, please do not just throw them away. Contact us immediately. We will contact the manufacturer to assess your situation. LegSmart.com will gladly go the extra mile to help you get a replacement with our manufacturers.

4) You may cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. LegSmart.com efficiently fills every customer’s order in a timely manner. To ensure that your cancelation is processed before it is shipped, call our Customer Care Line: (503) 926-2308 immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If you are canceling your order when our Customer Care Line is closed, please send an email to support@legsmart.com and reference the order number that you wish you cancel. Please send order cancelation requests ASAP as we process orders very quickly.

5) Please note that all 40-50 mmHg compression garments are not returnable or exchangeable.

Get a Return Authorization (RA#):

To request a Return or Exchange, email support@legsmart.com with your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number and a brief description of the issue concerning the return. All return inquires must have complete information to be considered for a Return Authorization (RA#). When your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service.

In your email, please describe to us the issue you’re having. Please make sure to provide us with complete contact information so we may contact you within 1 business day.

Please wash and dry any items that are you going to send back to us. Any items that are received that have any signs of contaminants will not be considered.

Items that are approved for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending anything to LegSmart.com. Shipping charges on orders will not be refunded.

When sending items back to Leg Smart, please send them in a secure box (not an envelope), so that items are not damaged and make sure you place your RA# visibly on the outside of your return package.
